We stayed here while attending a wedding. This was such a clean and friendly hotel. The location was close to downtown, and there is the River Walk Trail direct behind the property. We enjoyed a 5 mile walk alongside the Dan River the morning before the wedding. The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were so friendly and welcoming. Actually, every staff person we met was so kind and helpful. Overall this was such a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Breakfast was very good. The ladies working in kitchen were EXCELLENT!! Very kind and helpful. Always available to help / answer questions. They added to enjoyment of stay. Manager was very helpful, gave us awesome restaurant suggestion for lunch. Front desk and housekeeper pleasant and helpful. I can’t forget the warm delicious cookies! Nice treat in the evening. Can’t say enough good things! 10+ on satisfaction scale. Highly recommend!!

Great location with the Riverwalk trail right outside the back door! Very friendly staff! I have been roaming the Blue Ridge Mountains for 2 months and this was best hotel experience. Best breakfast provided by a hotel by far! I normally do not take the time to respond to reviews but thought I would share.

The facility was relaxing, clean and great location. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast had great options and staff kept everything stocked and clean. Great price, comfortable bedding.

great location near the river walk for exercise and a view of something other than streets. breakfast was warm unlike some places where its not...and it was helpful to be served early. really appreciated the helpful front desk. we added to our reservation at the last minute getting a room for our nephew and all worked out well.

The breakfast was really nice, lots of choices and everything was fresh. Shower pressure was top notch !! Bed was comfy.

The breakfast was good. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in especially for a hotel. Honestly it was overall better than the Hilton I’ve stayed in. I would stay again if I ever travel that way again.

It had a good amount of parking. It was well lit. Easy to find as well. The lobby and the room were both very clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
