Holiday Inn Express Danville, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here while attending a wedding. This was such a clean and friendly hotel. The location was close to downtown, and there is the River Walk Trail direct behind the property. We enjoyed a 5 mile walk alongside the Dan River the morning before the wedding. The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were so friendly and welcoming. Actually, every staff person we met was so kind and helpful. Overall this was such a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Great location with the Riverwalk trail right outside the back door! Very friendly staff! I have been roaming the Blue Ridge Mountains for 2 months and this was best hotel experience. Best breakfast provided by a hotel by far! I normally do not take the time to respond to reviews but thought I would share.

great location near the river walk for exercise and a view of something other than streets. breakfast was warm unlike some places where its not...and it was helpful to be served early. really appreciated the helpful front desk. we added to our reservation at the last minute getting a room for our nephew and all worked out well.

The breakfast was good. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in especially for a hotel. Honestly it was overall better than the Hilton I’ve stayed in. I would stay again if I ever travel that way again.

The location was excellent. I liked my room. Breakfast was well prepared with a wide variety of food. I was very pleased.
